• CV & Profile Processing: By submitting your application, you grant Just Recruit authorization to store, process, and evaluate your credentials for relevant employment opportunities with our clients.

• Accuracy & Intellectual Property: You warrant that all uploaded documents (resumes, certificates, portfolios) are your own work and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
   

3. Client & Employer Engagements

• Separate Service Agreements: The terms governing corporate client recruitment services (including placement fees, candidate replacement guarantees, manpower supply agreements, and HR outsourcing terms) are governed by separate, signed Terms of Business agreements between Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd and the client.

• Website Representation: Information on this Site regarding services, industry focus, and operational models serves as a general guide and does not constitute a binding commercial contract until formalized in writing.
   

4. Intellectual Property Rights
