We're seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to work closely with the Head of Infrastructure in managing IT infrastructure and operations. This role involves overseeing data centers, networks, cloud platforms, and databases. The ideal candidate will develop and implement IT policies, strategies, and procedures that meet technology, security, and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, managing daily operations, and ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce technology policies and procedures.

• Oversee technology refreshes for infrastructure and network devices.

• Establish and maintain security standards for network equipment.

• Lead the design, maintenance, and evaluation of infrastructure systems.

• Ensure continuous 24/7 operations and work to enhance IT performance.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans in line with business needs.

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize IT support.

• Manage data center operations and plan for capacity requirements.

• Lead a team of engineers responsible for infrastructure operations.

• Address and resolve production issues in accordance with SLAs.

• Provide guidance and feedback to team members.

• Manage projects, budgets, and vendor relationships.

• Develop infrastructure strategy and architecture.

• Plan and monitor department budgets.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience managing infrastructure in the banking sector.

• Expertise in data center operations, telecommunications, and network engineering.

• Proven experience with disaster recovery and maintaining highly available systems.

• Strong skills in quality assurance, incident management, and vendor management.

• Familiarity with project management and IT disciplines.

• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.

• Knowledge of Payment and Transaction Banking systems.

• Understanding of Singapore's regulatory requirements and cybersecurity practices.

• Experience with large-scale technology projects, including migrations and data center setups.
