• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders through regular interaction and visits.

• Drive group sales targets by overseeing the entire sales cycle—from presentations and quotations to tender submissions, project coordination, and managing accounts receivables.

• Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceed customer expectations.

• Proactively address and resolve customer queries and concerns to uphold high levels of satisfaction.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and evolving products and services to maintain a competitive edge.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
