Customer Service Officer (Office Hour / East Area) - XH
Job Details:
Basic salary range - $3,200 - $3,500 + KPI/Team Allowance ($150) + Skillset Allowance $300 (Pass all papers and answer questions correctly)
Working Location: Tampines
Working Days & Hours: Mon to Fri ONLY - 830AM - 530PM / 9AM - 6PM / 930AM - 630PM (3 Rotation Shifts)
1-Year renewable contract

Job Responsibilities:
Attend to insurance enquiries via inbound call/email
Provide excellent customer service
Provide policy recommendation
Job Requirements:
Min N/O Level
Preferable with BCP/HI/PGI
Preferable with at least1 year of call centre experience in any industry
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
