Telemarketer (Full Time/Part Time)

Client is looking to set up a telemarketing team of 2 to 3 headcount. Basically, the products telemarketers will be promoting is a Digital Healthcare App for companies and employees to download (App is for group employee benefits like corporate rates for GP, Clinics, Dental and TCM). Zero fee for first year subscription and subsequently a light weight and flexible payment plan for the corporate clients.

Perform outbound B2B sales calls to potential customers (Leads are provided)
Upsell and cross sell company’s other insurance products
Candidate main job is to call and set appointments with corporate clients for sales consultants
Send emails to reach out to potential customers to generate warm leads
Follow up closely with leads to secure sales appointments
Achieve KPIs and sales targets set by management
Generate daily sales reports to management

Location & Working hours: Tanjong Pagar, Monday to Friday 10am – 6:30pm

Salary:

$2,000 - $3,000 Basic + Commission (Full time)
$10 - $13/hr + Commission (Part time)

Commission Scheme: Not confirmed yet but about $50 or more per successful closure (meaning company engage and subscribe to the Digital Healthcare App.)

Requirements:
